For carers
Flexible, local shifts caring for small groups in calm venues — for carers who love the work but not the full-time centre grind.
Parents returning to work. People who want flexibility. Carers who burned out on the full-time centre model but still love the job. If that's you, this was built for you.
Why carers join us
Flexible, local shifts in regular three-hour blocks. Pick the sessions that suit your week instead of being tied to a full-time centre roster.
You work the same venues with the same children, so you build real relationships — not a churn of new faces. Small groups, calm spaces, never a crowded crèche.
Your qualifications and experience are the whole point of our trust promise. On sessions with two or more carers, a senior lead carer earns a premium for the extra responsibility.
What we look for
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent hands-on experience. If you've never formalised your credentials, ask us about Recognition of Prior Learning — experienced carers can often have it assessed in weeks.
A current Working With Children Check, verified before you're ever rostered. No exceptions.
Current first aid and CPR certificates. We help you keep them in date with a simple renewal reminder system.
Calm, kind, genuinely good with kids. The qualifications get you in the door — how you make a child feel is what keeps families coming back.
Come and meet us
Joining the list isn't a formal application — it just tells us you're keen. We'll reach out as we start building our carer team near you and walk you through the rest.
